Care and Support Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to fill the role of Support Worker for Complex Needs. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience working with individuals with complex requirements.

About the Role

The successful candidate will assist a young lady with Spinal Cord Injury in her daily life, promoting her independence and overall well-being. You will have full training and clinical support to develop your skills in areas such as tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and mobility
  • Participate in activities that promote mental and physical health
  • Provide emotional support and companionship
Requirements

No prior experience is necessary, but you must be willing to learn, possess excellent listening skills, and demonstrate a genuine desire to make a positive impact on someone's life.

Salary and Benefits

You will receive a competitive salary of £13-£11.44 per hour, full nurse-led training, ongoing clinical support, and a supportive team environment.
