**Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting assessments and developing care plans for service users
  • Working collaboratively with other agencies and professionals to ensure seamless service delivery
  • Maintaining accurate records and reports
  • Developing and implementing effective interventions to meet individual needs

 

**Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Substantial post-qualifying experience in Adult Social Work Services
  • Detailed knowledge of relevant legislation including: Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005 (inc. DoLS), MHA 1983
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex information both verbally and in writing
  • Effective interpersonal skills and ability to respond positively to challenging situations

**Salary Range:** The estimated salary range for this role is £65,000 - £80,000 per annum, please note that the actual salary may vary depending on your level of experience and qualifications.
