Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in managing neighbourhoods, maintaining positive relationships with customers, and delivering a high-quality housing service.
  • Work with the Neighbourhood Officer to ensure services are aligned with policies and procedures, customer-focused, and responsive to local needs.
  • Deliver inclusive and effective customer involvement opportunities in neighbourhoods.
  • Manage tenancy/lease breaches and monitor neighbourhood service contracts.
  • Support the Neighbourhood Officer in improving communities and establishing partnerships with stakeholders.
