Assistant Neighbourhood Officer - Job Profile

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Neighbourhood Officer to join our team at Ecruit. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, navigating housing legislation, and promoting community engagement.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of housing management principles, including general needs and shared ownership. You will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.

About the Role

This is a full-time position based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,400-£26,000 per annum, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and maintain effective relationships with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders
