Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Neighbourhood Officer to join our team at Ecruit. As an experienced professional in housing management, you will be responsible for navigating housing legislation and engaging customers in shaping their communities.

About the Role

This is a full-time position based in Harrogate, North Yorkshire. The salary for this role is estimated to be around £25,500-£26,000 per annum, depending on experience. Key Responsibilities

  1. Navigate housing legislation and policies to ensure compliance and best practice
  2. Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide tailored support and guidance
  3. Work collaboratively with neighbourhood teams to deliver customer-focused services and achieve business objectives
  4. Resolve complex customer complaints and issues in a fair and timely manner
  5. Contribute to the development of community-led initiatives and projects to improve quality of life and social cohesion
