About the Role:

  • To provide exceptional customer service to our members, ensuring they feel valued and supported.
  • To maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulations and procedures.
  • To manage facilities requests, including overseeing building maintenance and compliance.
  • To assist with sales tours and co-working taster days, promoting our unique community spirit.
  • To develop strong relationships with stakeholders, including members, contractors, and colleagues.
