As a pivotal link between the Store Manager and store team, you will lead, inspire, and excel in creating amazing value every day. Your role shapes the experiences of both your team and customers within the community served.
Your daily actions drive sales, allowing you to use your creative flair when merchandising on- and off-plan to showcase GM and FMCG products within the store. This creates an environment where core values of love for customers, care for colleagues, and protection of finances come alive.
