Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our Colchester Head Office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing team performance, and ensuring excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities include:Achieving team KPI targets by securing new listing opportunitiesEnhancing team performance through targeted training and developmentDriving the sales process, ensuring business growth and client retentionEnsuring timely completion of administrative tasks for regional branchesOperating within company standards, policies, and systemsBuilding and maintaining relationships with branch managers and regional teamsWe are looking for someone with exceptional customer service skills, results-focused and effective decision-making and problem-solving skills. Your package includes a competitive salary of £25,000 - £27,000 per annum, uncapped 10% commission override on team's performance and much more.
