Sales Performance Lead

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sales Performance Lead to join our team at Brook Street UK. This role is based in Colchester Head Office and involves driving sales growth, managing team performance, and ensuring excellent customer service.
The successful candidate will achieve team KPI targets by securing new listing opportunities through proactive customer engagement, enhance team performance through targeted training and development, drive the sales process, ensure business growth and client retention, and ensure timely completion of administrative tasks for regional branches.

- £25,000 - £27,000 per annum (based on sales management experience)
