We are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to lead our sales departments. This role will be based in our Colchester, VT office and require regular travel to customer locations across the US.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of 15 - 20 sales professionals to achieve sales goals.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our products to drive quota attainment.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in the marketplace.
  • Set and achieve sales targets that align with VIP's strategic objectives.
  • Define sales processes and procedures to meet customer and business needs.
  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop sales strategies and targets.

Requirements:

  • Five or more years of experience in sales leadership.
  • Proven track record of success in software sales.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.

Estimated Salary Range: $100,000 - $150,000 per year.
