Commercial Sales Representative

This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious and results-driven individual to join BMS Performance as an Area Sales Manager in Essex. With market-leading training and development available, this entry-level role is perfect for someone with no prior business-to-business sales experience looking to kick-start their career.
BMS Performance is a family-owned global business that specialises in companion animal nutraceuticals - non-drug substances that are administered with the intent of improving health & well-being of animals. Their products provide support to cats and dogs across various categories, including joints, gastrointestinal issues, internal organs, skin/coat, and brain/behaviour.
As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for covering a geographical territory across Essex, working closely with new and existing customers to drive sales growth. You will receive comprehensive training, both on-the-job and virtually, at our HQ in Lytham, where you will learn about our products, industry trends, and sales techniques.
A typical day in this role will consist of 3-4 meetings, split between prospecting for new business opportunities and building strong relationships with existing clients. With over 90% of our products produced in-house, you will have the opportunity to work with high-quality products that make a real difference in the lives of pets.
The salary for this role is estimated to be around £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience and performance. If you are a motivated and customer-focused individual looking to launch your sales career, then this could be the ideal opportunity for you.
