About the Role
As a Sales and Client Development Manager at Adore Recruitment, you will play a critical role in developing and implementing sales strategies that drive revenue growth and expand our client base. You will work closely with our internal teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client requirements and exceed their expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.
- Manage a portfolio of key clients, serving as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and needs.

- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention through proactive account management and regular engagement.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports, contributing to the overall sales strategy and performance.
Requirements
We are looking for a candidate with 3-5 years of experience in sales or account management, preferably within the educational supplies industry. A proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets is essential, with a focus on driving revenue growth and customer retention.
Salary and Benefits
