Sales Performance Manager

We are seeking an ambitious Sales Performance Manager to drive sales and build relationships across Essex, promoting the benefits of fibre broadband in local communities.
About the Role:- Lead commercial activities in the target area, attending community events and engaging with residents to raise awareness about fibre broadband.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve project targets and exceed expectations.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to identify opportunities and ensure messaging resonates within the local area.
- Maintain accurate records of sales performance and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
A competitive starting salary of £28,000, with uncapped commission (OTE £40K+). A company car and annual bonus.
