Job Summary:


We are seeking a highly skilled HRIS System Implementation Specialist to join our team at TransPerfect. As an HRIS System Implementation Specialist, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining our HRIS systems, ensuring seamless data integration and user experience.


About the Role:



  • This is a full-time position with an estimated salary range of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, based on experience and location.
  • As an HRIS System Implementation Specialist, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement system improvements, resolving complex technical issues and providing expert advice on system integration.
  • You will also be responsible for training end-users on new system features and functionality, ensuring a smooth transition and high adoption rates.
  • Your attention to detail and analytical skills will be essential in identifying and resolving data integrity issues, as well as developing and executing audit queries to ensure system accuracy.
  • We are looking for a self-motivated individual with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, who can thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
  • Your experience working with HRIS systems, preferably Workday, will be beneficial, but not necessary. What's more important is your ability to learn quickly, adapt to changing requirements, and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience with HRIS systems, preferably Workday.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively across organizational boundaries and handle confidential information.
