About the Role

At ASOS, we're seeking a highly skilled HRIS specialist to join our People Systems Team. As a Senior HRIS Implementation Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR systems, including Workday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the People Systems Team to design, implement, and maintain HR systems, including Workday Payroll and Security.
  • Develop and maintain integrations with other SaaS solutions using native Workday toolsets.
  • Implement and use Workday Payroll, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest HRIS trends and technologies, providing recommendations for improvement.
  • Deliver complex reporting requirements with future-proof solutions that satisfy a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Lead HR projects, using Workday and external systems to enhance process and performance.
  • Drive data excellence and HR analytics, providing insights to inform business decisions.

Requirements

  • Extensive hands-on Workday implementation and development experience.
  • Experience implementing and using Workday Payroll, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
  • Knowledge of Workday Security, Innovation Services, Absence Management, or Advanced Comp would be beneficial.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced organisation with demanding stakeholders.
  • Highly motivated individual with a passion for data excellence and HR analytics.
