Flight Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Planning Engineer to support the maintenance and operation of the RAF A400M fleet at the Airbus Atlas Support Centre UK.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on a 24/7 basis, collaborating with the aircraft's IT and the customer to ensure the airworthiness of the fleet.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement maintenance plans for the RAF A400M fleet, ensuring all tasks are packaged into work packs for execution by internal or external base maintenance organisations.
- Input maintenance data, including equipment, manuals, specifications, overhaul plans, and logistics parameters.
- Schedule aircraft configuration changes and major role changes, forecasting availability and capability.
- Making recommendations for task allocation and scheduling, taking into account Flight Headquarters (FHQ) requirements and ensuring correct aircraft capability and remaining potential.
- Manage the Schedule Maintenance Programme and Flying Programme to mitigate for AOGs, unserviceability, changes to task and priorities, delays, defects, etc.
- Create and maintain the Integrated Through Life Plan (ITLP) to increase fleet availability and manage utilisation.
- Enter and maintain A400M planning data in the customer's Ground Computer Information System (GCIS).
- Manage projects and assignments as directed by the HO CAW.
- Support and contribute to any continuous improvement programme.
- Minimum 5 years' experience working within the airline industry.
- CAMO experience.
This role offers a competitive salary, ranging from £60,000 to £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
