Client Business Partner/Employee Co-Ordinator

Join Experis LTD as a Client Business Partner/Employee Co-Ordinator and play a vital role in welcoming and integrating new international employees into our Rosyth site. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience, fostering strong relationships with our clients, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective welcome strategies to ensure new employees feel supported and engaged.
  • Collaborate with the Resourcing team, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth transition for international employees.
  • Work closely with our relocation provider to ensure all necessary arrangements are in place for new employees.
  • Act as a liaison between payroll, HR, and employees, providing timely and accurate support to resolve any queries or concerns.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences to deliver exceptional service.
  • Analyse data to inform business decisions and drive continuous improvement.
  • Utilize MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint to create engaging content and reports.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues, working collaboratively with the team to find solutions.
