At Manpower Talent Solutions, we're seeking a highly skilled Client Business Partner/Employee Coordinator to join our team in Rosyth. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for welcoming and maintaining relationships with new international employees at our Rosyth site.
Key Responsibilities:- Act as the main point of contact for Babcock employed international employees at Rosyth
- Collaborate closely with the Resourcing team, hiring managers, internal teams, and partners to ensure international employees are welcomed to the Rosyth site and into the local community
- Attend employee inductions and work closely with Babcock Welcome Leads
- Coordinate and participate in welcoming new joiners at the airport when they arrive in the UK
- Own the content and distribution of 'Welcome Packs' and support the employee's early employment journey
- Work with Babcock relocation provider to ensure they have all forecasted new start details and are set up to use their technology
- Ensure workers settle into their accommodation and flag any issues/concerns to the relocation provider and recruitment team
- Source and manage relationships with transport providers
- Act as a conduit between payroll, HR, and the employee, supporting to answer queries quickly and accurately
- Build and improve processes based on learnings and feedback from employees and other sources
- Build communities/networking groups onsite and through relocation provider
- Commercial awareness and understanding on how to positively impact projects
- Ability to analyze data to help support decision making
- Excellent level of written and verbal communication skills
- An organized individual, capable of keeping track of changing demands
- An excellent communicator able to manage difficult situations confidently and remove any restrictions to communications
- Willing and able to act on initiative within pre-defined constraints
- Proficient within MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
