Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Analyst to join our team at Schneider Electric. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and sustainability through digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with business stakeholders, subject matter experts, and software development teams to design and implement business process improvements.
  • Work closely with product management and business stakeholder analysis teams to develop technology solutions that meet business needs.
  • Elicit, shape, and document software development requirements while maintaining a strong functional knowledge of applications.
  • Provide training and support to users on existing systems and communicate issues, defects, and enhancements to development teams.
  • Create and maintain documentation of new project processes and deliverables, including requirements, testing documentation, and issues logs.
  • Roll out new system enhancements to system users, meeting training needs and ensuring a smooth transition.
  • Manage small software developments through the lifecycle to production release, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
