Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with business sponsors, subject matter experts, and software development teams to design and enhance business process and reporting software.
  2. Work closely with product management and business stakeholder analysis teams to develop technology solutions that meet business needs.
  3. Elicit, shape, and document software development requirements while maintaining a strong functional knowledge of applications.
  4. Provide training and support to users on existing systems, ensuring seamless adoption and utilization.
  5. Act as a liaison between business staff and technical staff, communicating issues, defects, and enhancements to the development teams.
  6. Develop and maintain documentation of new project processes and deliverables, including requirements, testing documentation, and issues logs.
  7. Roll out new system enhancements to system users, meeting training needs and ensuring successful implementation.
  8. Manage small software developments through the lifecycle to production release, ensuring timely and effective delivery.

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a business analyst working on customer-facing business applications that are both data-heavy and customer-focused.
  2. Proficiency in a MS Windows environment, including Word and Excel.
  3. Strong experience with project management methodologies and the ability to manage small projects through the development lifecycle to production release.

Education:

  1. Bachelor's degree or relevant experience.
