About the Role

This Office Manager position is a permanent opportunity based in North West London. The successful candidate will oversee administration tasks, manage accounting processes, and provide facilities management support.

The company, a well-established entity within the Financial Services sector, prides itself on high-quality client services and sustainable financial planning.

The ideal candidate should have a degree in Business Administration or a related field and proficiency in MS Office applications. Knowledge of the Independent Financial Advisor/Financial Services industry is advantageous.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide oversight and check work done by the administration team
  • Gather and correlate management information for MD
  • Handle purchase invoices, sales invoices, and account reconciliation
  • Prepare documentation for client review meetings
  • Liaise with external suppliers (stationary, IT, phones)
  • Manage recycling, waste disposal, and shredding
  • Monitor online access logs
  • Coordinate electronic and written marketing campaigns
  • Maintain compliance calendar and distribute monthly compliance guidance
