About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Prospect Development Manager to join our Fundraising and Partnerships team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for identifying new target donor audiences and developing a proactive prospect development strategy that delivers strong, long-term pipelines across our museums and income streams.

You will work closely with fundraisers to maximise the value of their pipelines, using our CRM database and analytics platform to ensure that all opportunities are maximised. Additionally, you will manage a Prospect Development Executive and work collaboratively to support fundraising across all SMG Museums.

The successful candidate will have experience working in prospect research within a fundraising team and a strong understanding of data-driven fundraising practices. You will be a proactive and strategic thinker, able to build and maintain relationships with stakeholders and drive results-oriented initiatives.
