Animation Pipeline Manager

Blue Zoo Production is seeking a highly motivated and organized Animation Production Lead to join our team.
About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced professional to oversee the animation production pipeline, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
This role involves managing multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritizing deadlines, and maintaining open communication with stakeholders. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and troubleshooting the production pipeline, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring seamless collaboration across departments.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading teams, motivating colleagues, and driving results in a fast-paced environment. They should possess excellent organizational skills, be able to multitask effectively, and demonstrate strong communication and leadership abilities.
Key Responsibilities- Pipeline Management: Plan and troubleshoot the animation production pipeline to ensure timely delivery of high-quality projects.
- Team Leadership: Motivate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project goals and deadlines.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize resource utilization across departments to maximize efficiency and productivity.
- Communication: Maintain open and transparent communication with stakeholders, including clients, team members, and senior management.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in animation production, preferably in a leadership or management role.
- Skills: Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills; proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Docs, and Final Draft; experience working with production management software.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as animation, film production, or business administration.
We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
