Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage incoming telephone calls and service requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
  • Utilize the GTR Asset Pro live reporting system to track and prioritize jobs, ensuring compliance with contract SLAs.
  • Dispatch calls to engineers or sub-contractors based on skills, location, and service delivery arrangements.
  • Prioritize urgent jobs and coordinate operative/sub-contractor support to address demand.
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in facilities management within an administration/helpdesk role.
  • Strong knowledge of CAFM systems and excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently, prioritize tasks, and maintain accurate records.
