About the Role
Barnardo's Scotland Adoption Service is seeking a dynamic leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our service. As an Adoptive Family Services Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team in finding loving families for children who have faced challenges in their early lives. This includes overseeing the effective delivery of our service from initial contact through assessment and bringing children into care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of professionals in finding adoptive families for children
  • Oversight of day-to-day operations to ensure effective delivery of the service
  • Strong leadership skills and relevant experience working with adoptive parents, children, and young people required

Requirements:
This role requires someone with strong leadership skills, relevant experience working with adoptive parents, children, and young people, and a passion for improving outcomes and lived experiences of our children. The ideal candidate will have drive to make a difference in the lives of children and families. With an estimated salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, this is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to join our team.
