About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join our team as the Scotland Adoption Practice Lead. This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children and families across Scotland.

In this role, you will be responsible for leading our adoption practice in Scotland, working collaboratively with other professionals and adoptive parents to ensure we meet the sufficiency needs of local authorities. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of our adoption services, ensuring effective service delivery from initial contact through assessment and placement.

You will need to demonstrate post-qualifying experience of working with children, young people, and families, be familiar with child protection systems and processes, and have the ability to manage a team and maintain high standards of performance. If you are passionate about improving outcomes and lived experiences of children and families, we encourage you to apply for this position.
