About the Job:
  • This role will involve leading the growth and development of all freshwater hatcheries, ensuring that they meet the highest standards of quality and sustainability.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing and communicating with local and industry stakeholders, providing updates on our operations and progress.

The estimated annual salary for this position is £55,000 - £70,000, depending on experience, and comes with a range of benefits including a share bonus program, non-contributory life insurance, and enhanced relocation support.
