Are you a motivated and empathetic individual looking to make a difference in the lives of families? We are seeking a Family Engagement Worker to join our team at the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children (NSPCC).

In this role, you will work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to support families with infants under 5 who have a social worker. You will draw upon your own experiences of care and/or support from services such as social work to promote best practice and help families access Infant, Parent Support.

This is a unique opportunity to use your skills and experience to improve relationships between families and support services in your local area. You will be supported to develop your skills and expertise in relationship-based intervention and strengths-based approaches.

Salary: £28,500 - £31,000 per annum

Flexible working considered and discussions welcomed about contracted hours.
