About Us
Barnardo's Scotland Adoption Service aims to provide safe, secure, and lasting adoptive families for children in need of adoption. As an Adoptive Family Services Manager, you will play a key role in achieving this goal by leading a team in finding adoptive families for children who have faced challenges in their early lives.

Responsibilities:
  • Day-to-day management of the service to ensure effective delivery
  • Leading a team to find adoptive families for children
  • Maintaining strong relationships with adoptive parents, children, and young people

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, relevant experience working with adoptive parents, children, and young people, and a passion for improving outcomes and lived experiences of our children. The estimated salary for this role is £50,000 - £65,000 per annum.
