Job Title: Labour Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Labour Manager to join our team at pladis Global. As a Labour Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the site has the right labour establishment and skills to meet budgeted volumes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a labour planning model to ensure optimal labour utilization.
  • Manage overtime spend and ensure it is within agreed budget.
  • Provide daily and weekly labour reconciliation reports.
  • Develop and implement a training plan to mitigate any skills issues.
  • Manage the relationship with agency providers.
  • Manage direct reports and provide coaching and development opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with the Working Time Directive policy.
Requirements:
  • Experience in a FMCG company, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven track record of engaging with key stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly analytical and able to operate within end-to-end Supply Chain process.
  • Business/commercial awareness and understanding of business drivers and factors that impact on related KPIs.
  • Experience using Microsoft Office (Excel).
