As a key member of our management team, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding service and ensuring our lounges remain the go-to destination for the local community.

What You'll Do
  • Support the management team in maintaining exceptional standards of service and quality
  • Lead by example, setting the pace high for the team to deliver on time, every time
  • Focus on the detail, ensuring every customer leaves happy and satisfied
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and labour forecasts, paperwork, and reporting
  • Recruit and train new team members, promoting a positive and inclusive work environment
  • Monitor and improve NPS, ensuring our customers love coming back to us

What We're Looking For
  • Experience as a Supervisor, Team Leader, or front of house team member with a background in restaurants, bars, cafes, or coffee shops
  • Knowledge of best practice in sales building, sales and labour forecasts, paperwork, and reporting, recruitment, and HR
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with colleagues and customers
  • Self-motivation, working at pace with limited supervision, and adhering to pressure and timescales
  • Good literacy skills and attention to detail to support reporting on KPIs
