Senior Labour Planning Manager

We are seeking a highly analytical and commercially aware Senior Labour Planning Manager to join our team at Riverside Recruitment UK Ltd. As a key member of our manufacturing operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our site has the right labour to meet budgeted volumes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a labour planning model to ensure optimal labour utilisation
- Manage the relationship with agency providers to ensure a stable and skilled workforce
- Provide daily and weekly labour reconciliation to ensure accuracy and compliance
- Support training plans to mitigate any skills issues and deliver ongoing training plans to meet budgeted volumes
Requirements:
- Experience in a FMCG company, preferably within a manufacturing environment, or a Recruitment Agency background with experience of recruiting within the manufacturing sector
- Proven track record of engaging with key stakeholders at all levels
- Highly analytical and commercially aware
