Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and implement effective labour planning models to optimise resource allocation and reduce overtime costs.
  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive labour management system, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
  • Analyse data to identify trends and areas for improvement, providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process improvements, driving efficiency and productivity gains.
  • Manage relationships with agency providers, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of temporary staff.
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a manufacturing environment, preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Demonstrated expertise in labour planning, analytics, and process improvement.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
  • A strong analytical mindset, with proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel) and other relevant tools.
  • Familiarity with end-to-end Supply Chain processes and business drivers, with a keen understanding of KPIs and metrics.

  • A competitive salary range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
