Job Title: Product Quality & Data Coordinator

About the Role

To ensure industry-leading products meet customer expectations, you will oversee product quality control CF12 documentation and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) where required. Supporting the Product Team Manager, you will develop and implement continual improvement strategies for the department, ensuring consistent quality across all channels of the business.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Gathering and collating product data from suppliers and other relevant parties to maintain accurate records.
  2. Measuring and weighing products to ensure system data accuracy.
  3. Controlling product portfolio data management, including correct categorisation on our PIM system.
  4. Conducting inbound checks and quality assessments as required.
  5. Owning the customer complaint log, reporting and addressing issues promptly.

This role also involves coordinating product quality checks at source, developing tools and best practices for quality excellence, managing data requests, and liaising with other departments.

Requirements

A strong drive for exceptional quality control is essential in this role, along with excellent MS Office skills. Estimated salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum.
