Recruitment and Training Director

As the Recruitment and Training Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the site has the right labour to meet budgeted volumes. This involves implementing a process for reviewing labour establishment and managing overtime spend against agreed budget.
You will also be responsible for providing daily and weekly labour reconciliation, developing a labour management system and process, and supporting training plans to mitigate any skills issues and deliver ongoing training plans to meet budgeted volumes.
Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the relationship with agency providers, agreeing holiday group sizes and communications, and managing 3 direct reports, coaching and providing development opportunities within your team through regular one-to-one sessions.
What are we looking for?
- Experience in a FMCG company, preferably within a manufacturing environment, or a Recruitment Agency background with experience of recruiting within the manufacturing sector.
- Proven track record of engaging with key stakeholders at all levels.
- Highly analytical with business/commercial awareness and understanding of the business drivers and factors that impact on related KPIs.
