Regional Care Coordinator

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Barchester care homes.
Role Overview:
Become a key member of our care delivery team, providing warm and empathetic support to residents across a 20-mile radius. Monitor care delivery, contribute to care planning, and record vital signs.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a competitive salary of £25,000 - £30,000 per annum, in addition to sector-leading benefits and rewards including free training, wellbeing tools, and retail discounts.
About the Role:
- Deliver high-quality care to residents with varying needs and requirements.
- Monitor and record vital signs, contributing to comprehensive care plans.
- Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery.
Requirements:
- Background in care, preferably with experience in care delivery.
- Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care (desired).
- GCSE English and Maths C or above.
- Dedicated and compassionate attitude.
- Access to a car (or use of one) for travel between locations.
