Job Title: Regional Care Assistant
This role requires you to deliver warm, empathetic, and respectful care and support across a 20-mile radius, helping our residents get the most out of life. Your duties will involve monitoring the delivery of care, contributing to the person-centred care planning process, and providing support and companionship to the residents.
Main Responsibilities:
- Monitor the delivery of care when on duty
- Contribute to the person-centred care planning process for each resident
- Record observations on temperature, blood pressure, and other important tasks
- Provide support and companionship to residents, ensuring meaningful one-to-one time during every shift
About You:
A background in care is essential for this role, with a good understanding of elderly care. A Level 2 NVQ in Health & Social Care would be advantageous, as would a good understanding of the wider healthcare industry. Ideally, you'll have a C or above in GCSE English and Maths. As a dedicated and compassionate individual, your passion for people means you'll go above and beyond to support the wellbeing of residents.

Location:
This role is based in various locations across the UK, requiring travel across a 20-mile radius. You'll need your own car or ready access to one, with mileage covered when you travel over five miles from your main home. If you're on duty at the time of an inspection and we achieve a Good' rating, you'll qualify for a bonus.
