Specialist SEN Support Worker

Ribbons and Reeves Limited are currently working with a school in Richmond who are seeking an Aspiring Educational Psychologist to join their team. This role will provide opportunities to support children with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN), such as Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Speech & Language difficulties, and Social Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs.
Salary and BenefitsThe successful candidate can expect a salary of up to £28,000 per annum, paid weekly via PAYE, making the estimated weekly salary around £550 inclusive of holiday pay.
Job DescriptionThis role is ideal for a recent Psychology Graduate from one of the UK's Top 20 Universities who is looking to further their experience and develop their skills in this field. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with pupils who require extra support to progress academically, socially, and behaviourally.
RequirementsTo be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- A minimum of a 2:1 Psychology Degree from one of the UK's Top 20 Universities;
- Experience working with children with SEN, although this is not essential; and
- Aspirations to become an Educational Psychologist.
This role will be based in a school in Richmond, providing a rewarding and challenging environment for the successful candidate to grow and develop their skills.
