Human Resources Generalist

We are seeking an experienced People Advisor to join our team at ACS Performance. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the planning, execution, and monitoring of central HR projects.
- Project Management: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project milestones and deliverables, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Project Updates: Provide regular updates and reports on project status to HR leadership, ensuring transparency and accountability.
- HR Guidance: Serve as the first point of contact for employees and managers, providing guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
- Employee Relations: Manage employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, performance management, and disciplinary actions, ensuring a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Compensation and Benefits: Assist in the design, implementation, and administration of compensation and benefits programs, ensuring fairness and equity.
- HRIS Management: Manage and maintain the HRIS, ensuring data accuracy, security, and compliance with relevant regulations, identifying opportunities for system enhancements and automation to improve HR processes.
- Process Improvement: Lead initiatives to standardize HR processes across global operations, ensuring consistency and efficiency, analyzing data to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes.
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with:
- 3-5 years of experience in an HR generalist role, with exposure to Compensation & Benefits and HRIS.
- Proven experience in supporting HR projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
- Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
- Project management skills with the ability to lead and influence cross-functional teams.
