Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Commercial Sales Manager to lead our Food Science business in Northern Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales and marketing efforts, building strong relationships with channel partners, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Manage and maintain relationships with channel partners
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
  • Provide technical expertise and support to channel partners
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Microbiology or Chemistry
  • Strong technical knowledge of Food Microbiology Testing applications and technologies
  • 3-5 years of B2B sales experience in reagent-based businesses or the food industry
  • Experience working with distributors
  • Excellent customer service skills and proficiency in professional English
