About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Design Consultant to join our team at Midas, a leading Commercial Kitchen Design House for the hospitality industry.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and design within the catering or foodservice industry, with expertise in CAD software and a deep understanding of commercial kitchen operations and catering equipment.

As a Sales Design Consultant, you will be responsible for consulting with clients to understand their vision, space constraints, and operational needs, and designing bespoke commercial kitchens that meet their requirements.

You will also be responsible for producing detailed CAD drawings and visualizations, driving sales by pitching custom solutions, negotiating contracts, and closing deals, and managing the end-to-end process from design to installation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Consult with clients to understand their needs and design bespoke commercial kitchens
  • Produce detailed CAD drawings and visualizations
  • Drive sales by pitching custom solutions and negotiating contracts
  • Manage the end-to-end process from design to installation
  • Stay informed on the latest trends and innovations in catering equipment and kitchen design

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales and design within the catering or foodservice industry
  • Expertise in CAD software (AutoCAD or similar)
  • Strong understanding of commercial kitchen operations and catering equipment
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
