At Mandeville, we are seeking a talented
Commercial Sales Associate
to join our dynamic team and contribute to our continued success in the printing and advertising industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out the full sales cycle, identifying new business opportunities and generating leads
- Independently manage individual pipelines, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients
- Prospect new business opportunities, leveraging existing relationships and networks
- Network across various platforms, establishing strong relationships with marketing agencies, exhibition organisers, and other key stakeholders
- Sales and Marketing Manager
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets
- Monitor and analyse sales performance, identifying areas for improvement
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, ensuring Mandeville remains at the forefront of the market
Ideal Candidate:
- Proven experience in a sales role, with a strong track record of success
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
- Confident and enthusiastic, with a passion for sales and marketing
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach
- Able to meet targets and deadlines, with a strong work ethic and commitment to excellence
