Job Title: Retail Sales Associate

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate to join our team at DCK Group. As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Merchandise our product to our visual merchandising guidelines
  • Put out deliveries of new stock
  • Maintain housekeeping standards
  • Set up promotional activities
  • Work with the host management teams to build great relationships and identify opportunities to improve sales

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in a customer-facing setting is required, fashion brands are a plus
  • Sales and/or retail sales experience is preferred
  • Access to either an Apple or Android smartphone with the operating systems of either Android 8.1 or later or Apple iOS 13.4 or later

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £11.44
  • Free jewellery – from £25-£55 per month
  • Flexible working hours – you work the hours anytime during the day which suits you
  • No weekend working

Working with Us:

You will be based in a retail store and will work alongside a Team Leader, who will provide you with coaching and ongoing support. We use a range of apps to make working with us as smooth as possible, so being tech-savvy is desirable.

Job Requirements:

Please note that the Christmas period is our busiest time, and therefore we are unable to authorise any leave in December. Please bear this in mind when applying.
