Key Responsibilities of a Retail Sales Associate:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to all patrons.
  • Conducting stock replenishment and ensuring all store areas are neat and welcoming for customers.
  • Maintaining high standards of display and visual merchandising to assist customers in locating products effortlessly.
  • Collaborating with team members and offering support to colleagues.
