Job Overview

Position: Retail Sales Associate at WHSmith

Contract Type: Temporary, 6 months

Working Hours: 16 hours per week, including Saturdays

As a Retail Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service while working independently or collaboratively to maintain our exceptional store standards. We aim for you, our customers, and our team members to take pride in the experiences we create together.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing outstanding customer service to all patrons.
  • Conducting stock replenishment and ensuring the store remains organized and appealing for customers.
  • Upholding high standards of display and visual merchandising to assist customers in locating products effortlessly.
  • Collaborating with team members and offering support to colleagues.
