Assistant Store Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Store Manager to join our team at Thomas Sabo. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, leading a team of sales associates, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Lead a team of sales associates to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and increase revenue
- Manage store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store maintenance
- Collaborate with the management team to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
- Provide coaching and development opportunities to sales associates to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Previous experience as an Assistant Store Manager or in a similar retail leadership role
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and achieving business objectives
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide a high level of service to customers
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
