Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in leading a high-performing team and delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Assist with daily store operations, including stock management, visual merchandising, and sales performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Train and develop team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards.
  • Monitor and control costs, ensuring profitability and efficiency.
  • Collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve business objectives and goals.

Your Ideal Profile:

  • Proven retail experience, preferably in a management role.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make informed decisions.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects.
  • Proficient in using computer systems and POS technology.
