Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our team and drive sales growth in our retail store.

Key Responsibilities

  • Store Leadership
    • Be in charge and responsible for all aspects of the store, including sales, customer service, and store operations.
    • Set a positive tone and strong work ethic, leading by example and inspiring your team to achieve excellence.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and have a positive experience in our store.
  • Store Operations
    • Supervise and oversee the sales performances of the store, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to increase sales.
    • Ensure that the store is clean and presentable at all times, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organization.
    • Manage and maintain store inventory, including ordering and receiving stock.
  • Team Management
    • Recruit, select, orient, and train new team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of existing team members.
    • Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to team members to help them improve their performance.
  • Marketing and Promotion
    • Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase sales and drive customer engagement.
    • Manage and create content for social media platforms to promote our brand and products.
  • Other Responsibilities
    • Complete reasonable tasks assigned by the company, including special projects and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience
    • At least 2 years of experience in a managerial or supervisory role in the retail or food service industry.
  • Skills
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, or holidays.
    • Legally eligible to work in the UK.
    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Education
    • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in business or a related field preferred.
