Job Opportunity: Assistant Store Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced retail or hospitality leader to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager. As a key member of our store management team, you will be responsible for supporting the Store Manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, including managing staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Store Manager in the management of the store, including staff supervision, customer service, and sales growth.
  • Assist with the implementation of company policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of store plans, including sales targets, customer service standards, and staff development.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records, including sales data, customer feedback, and staff performance.
  • Collaborate with other store managers and the central team to share best practices and drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Manager or Leader within fast-paced Retail or Hospitality sectors.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent customer service skills, with a focus on delivering high standards of service.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
