Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and sales-driven individual to join our team as an Assistant Store Manager in Training. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for supporting the store manager in the day-to-day operations of the store, including sales, customer service, and visual merchandising.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist the store manager in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
  • Support the visual merchandising team in maintaining a visually appealing store environment
  • Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and maintaining stock levels
  • Participate in sales promotions and events to drive sales and increase customer engagement
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and improve sales performance
  • Support the store manager in managing the store's budget and ensuring financial targets are met

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a retail environment, preferably in a sales or management role
  • Proven sales track record and ability to meet and exceed sales targets
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and customers
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with retail software
